What do the registration fees include?

• ● Participation in all scientific sessions
• ● Entrance to the Exhibition
• ● Refreshments as per the times indicated in the program
• ● Certificate of attendance (sent via email after the conference)

Payment Methods

Payment of registration fees must be made in INR by one of the following methods:

• ● By Credit Card & Debit Card: Visa, MasterCard or American Express, RuPay Card
• ● By Mobile Wallets & UPI: Paytm, Google Pay, PhonePe

Registration Guidelines

• ● It is mandatory to submit government photo ID (PAN card, Aadhar Card, Driving License) of the delegate and the accompanying person
• ● Postgraduate students have to present a certificate from the Head of Department of the institution.
• ● Payment may be done through website.
• ● Those who are paying through UPI/RTGS/IMPS may send us the transaction ID, date of payment & registration ID by email info@ossicon2026.com within 2 days of the transfer.
• ● Those who are paying through DD/cheque may take Demand Draft in favor of OSSICON 2026 payable at Ahmedabad and send it to the conference secretariat.
• ● Online registration can be done at https://www.ossicon2026.com/register.php Card / Net banking charges are applicable.
• ● All queries, requests, and details regarding registration should be sent to info@ossicon2026.com
• ● Bulk payments for more than one registration (except accompanying persons) should be avoided as far as possible.

Terms & Conditions

• ● The registered delegates are eligible for the delegate’s kit, access to the conference halls & Trade Exhibition, Lunches on all days, and the Banquet
• ● The date of receipt of the registration form and the registration fees is considered for the calculation of tariff.
• ● Registration will be accepted only after receiving the money in the account. The committee will not be responsible for the problems related to the payment modes. Concerned agencies may be contacted for resolving such issues.
• ● Postgraduate students will not be eligible for registration under the category without a Bonafide certificate from their Head of Department.
• ● The Organizing Committee will not be responsible for the wrong entries in the registration form
• ● Registrations are strictly non-transferable. Name changes or substitutions are not permitted under any circumstances.
• ● In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the organizers (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, government regulations), the organizers reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or modify the event. In such cases, the organizers are not liable for any damages or costs incurred by participants.
• ● Participants are expected to maintain professional behaviour throughout the conference. The organizers reserve the right to revoke access without refund in cases of misconduct.
• ● By registering, participants consent to the use of their data for conference- related communications and materials. Personal data will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent
• ● The conference may be recorded, and photographs may be taken for promotional purposes. By attending, participants consent to the use of their images and recordings.
• ● These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

Registration Cancellation Policy

• ● All registrations for OSSICON 2026 are non-cancellable and non-refundable, under any circumstances.
• ● By completing the registration process, the delegate acknowledges and agrees that no refund shall be applicable in case of cancellation, withdrawal, or non-attendance, irrespective of the reason, including but not limited to medical, personal, professional, or travel-related issues.
• ● No requests for refunds, credits, or transfers of registration fees will be entertained by the OSSICON 2026 Secretariat.
• ● The Organizing Committee reserves the right to amend this policy at its sole discretion, without prior notice.
